Even though there is still a small line up, Rocky Point Ice Cream has hired enough staff to make the line move quickly. we can see the display of waffle cone options. The staff remained friendly under pressure of the long line and remembers my request with ease. I ordered Earl Gray with Honey flavour. The taste of honey is not very noticeable. Eating this ice cream feels like drinking bubble tea. I really like it. I asked for the cone to be put in a cup because the weather was really hot outside. The staff was very nice to do this for all of my orders.

Rocky Point Ice Cream has thoughtfully placed a copy of their menu on the outside of the building. Customers can decide what they want while lining up. We took a picture to send to our friends in the park so they don’t have to line up. This also prevents unnecessary crawding of the interior of the ice cream shop.

You can skip the line if you are picking up ice cream by the pint or a pre-order ice cream cake. It looks like the pint is a decent size for two to share. I will definitely consider this option next time.

Rocky Point Ice Cream is a little far from downtown. It’s not super convenient, but I always see a line up whenever I come to Rocky Point Park. They really do use high-quality ingredients that are noticeable on the ice cream. For $5 per person, I think the ice cream quality is worth a visit.
